Technically only 6 Hollywood movies made more profit than Eras tour film last year according to Deadline.

Listened to their pod and the justification for her was she's one of a handful of talents who could get anything made. They specifically cite when her and Bob Iger (CEO of Disney) were in a restaurant together at the same time and he had to move to her table for a meeting.

They dinged her because she hasn't had a good movie since Little Women, and her one wide release since (See How They Run) tanked. Would've been lower if Blitz wasn't coming out this year.

Emma turned 35 in November 2023.

Top 40 under 40 has a nice touch plus Gaga would've been #1 if it wasn't for this ageist list

Don't call it a movie star and put Taylor. I get the whole thing about the Eras Tour movie, but except that HG song, she never made a splash in the movie making business to be even in that list.

set aside, I really thought Tim would be first and it's very odd that Margot is there based solely on the success of Barbie. I love her, and she has great movies, but one success doesn't erase the fact that she needs a follow up BO hit to clearly make the case she is a box office drawn, which never materialized so far.

not sure either how JLaw is that high, she disappeared and NHF was a modest hit. And I really don't think Paul Mescal could be that high, or at least above Dev Patel or even Brie Larson. One flop doesn't make you less of a movie star, she def has more brand recognition and good critics than any in that list (not counting an Oscar). Clearly odd top (but some are good)

Tim should be #1

Zendaya - Anya - Florence should all be Top 5.

Margot is a great, but she doesn't feel Top 5, let alone #1.

Paul Mescal with Gladiator coming is going to have a massive year, Jacob and Sidney are definitely Top 10.

Austin Butler being #4 doesn't make sense, he should've been ranked Top35-20.

JLaw is definitely a massive celeb and the most seasoned actress in the Top 10, but it's not 2015. She used to be an undeniable #1 a few years ago but she really needs a commercial comeback. I hope she does cause I love her.

I would sneak in the Top 10 Barry and Jenna (or K-Stew) instead of JLaw and Austin.

I expect great things from Mia Goth, Ayo and Josh O'Connor.
