Cbreezy Posted June 16 Share Posted June 16 I've always been a firm believer in the fact that almost all things are spin-able, so I really don't feel the inevitable low sales will be doom or gloom. This is clearly a soft launch. My only gripe is that Mani hasn't gotten in front of it. I really feel that from the onset of the album being announced, she could have used savvy wording to stress that this is an "artistic statement" rather than being defined by sales. The girls would have tugged at her, but they'll for sure tug at her more now should she come with that AFTER the album numbers roll in. KKKIMO92 Posted June 16 Share Posted June 16 Just came here to say the album is better than expectation. I actually quite like half the album and they certainly chose the weaker songs as singles. This album really just needs one hit song like Motivation by Kelly and this will serve artistry. Only problem as many mentioned is that it sounds like an album of a seasoned artist and not one who would theoretically neeeda big hit to launch her even more. But perhaps shes not expecting that.
