scrltwtch Posted June 13 Posted June 13 from the title i wasn't expecting "little secrets" to be a rock/r&b moment and i am HAPPY

everytime Posted June 13 Posted June 13 DISTANCE & LITTLE SECRETS the standout girls for me on first listen
Sad Beautiful Tragic Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Finished listening All I have to say is, this was absolutely worth the wait. I love the blend of R&B and pop influences; she perfectly balances up-tempo and mid-tempo tracks. Her vocals are incredibly sultry and smooth, and the added harmonies and production enhancements make the previously released songs feel brand new. With this album, I feel she is truly carving out a unique niche for herself, and it serves as the perfect introduction to her artistry. It solidifies her place in the music industry for the long haul. For me All Yours 10/10 Wild Side 10/10 Insomnia 9.5/10 Little Secrets 9.5/10 Still 9.5/10 Tantrums 9/10 1:59 9/10 Big Boy 9/10 Grip 9/10 Lights On 8/10 Distance 8/10 Take My Time 8/10 Candy Paint 5/10 8

Sad Beautiful Tragic Posted June 13 Posted June 13 She really exceeded expectations I went in with very low expectations, but this is honestly an excellent debut. Dare I say, it's the best release of the year?

AFullMoonlight Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Just now, scrltwtch said: exactly, it's 1:59 and not bc of recency bias! Sad to say but it really is and thats not really saying anything because its still a great song. I'm still perplexed. She had All Yours in the vault and they went with 1:59?
Baboonaboo Posted June 13 Posted June 13 The album is so good. Proud of her :') All Yours needs to be the next single please! Personally after the first listen: 1. Wild Side 2. All Yours 3. Candy Paint 4. Little Secrets 5. Insomnia 6. Lights On 7. Tantrums 8. Big Boy 9. Still 10. Take My Time 11. Distance 12. 1:59 13. Grip
humbz Posted June 13 Posted June 13 I didn't listen to the album yet but it's technically impossible to CP to be the weakest track cause 1) it's a certified throwback/modern bop made RIGHT and 2) 1:59 is right there.
