Katy's teasing first because her bank accounts are already running low, American Idol checks and Vegas revenue has all been depleted by now. So she will be first for an overall release.

 

Gaga will release a single most likely but an album is highly unlikely, we're already nearing May. We would know if she was planning for an album this year

 

Rihanna does not gaf about music especially since LMU only went #2 and tanked, I think she's making people wait further as a form of punishment

Gaga will release after Katy, but it doesn't feel like a comeback like it does with Rih.

And it doesn't really feel like Katy's gonna… come back, the way we'd hope for.
