It's largely considered the worst album in his discog I use maybe 4 songs on it.
popmusicisdead Posted April 25 Posted April 25 well we figured that because a handful of the songs titles are literal Lana song titles

HealerKirby Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Marina!? Let's pray "Hard & Soft" is nothing like "Love & Fear"
Miley Cyrus Posted April 25 Posted April 25 The Lana sound is so tired & the sad girl aesthetic is boring now. Switch it up ladies. 2 1
Alex Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Electra Heart becoming Marina's legacy whether she likes it or not
Gossip_Boy Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Naming Goblin and Big Fish Theory as inspirations has got me very excited to listen.

For example, Shaggy was inspired to make It Wasn't Me by watching the BOMT video

Some of it might not be everyone's cup of tea but I think it's a good transitional, experimental record. I will say Goblin is apart of the Wolf trilogy so it does serve a purpose, it's just not the strongest of his early work.

I liked it better than WWAFAWDWG She didn't drag HTE at all, she just talked about how it was recorded in a weird period of her life as due to COVID she started to really isolate herself from everybody. Like part of the interview is about finally starting to go out in public after 5 years of hiding herself. So she felt like it was an important album she needed to do at the time and describes it as a healing album, she's been happy to now be rediscovering her old self.
