tjspy Posted April 24 Posted April 24 And she did that with only 31 songs Anyway, even a normal album would have break the record, just not this fast. 1 1

Burger King? Jack in the Box? Huh? Who's my fav? But you're right, all these pop stars are the music equivalent of fast food.

I don't even like the nurtec lady anymore/have a "fav." OT: bad music, insane streams. Enjoy Swifties 8
mael Posted April 24 Posted April 24 That's like a million copies sold in a week in the streaming era.
chiliam Posted April 25 Posted April 25 But the album is boring, but theres no melody, but this is midnights 2.0.... But but but The most impressive thing is the songs are average 4 mins, and most are ballads and midtempo. This proves that people tune in for quality even In this 2mins songs era.

Adele number go down cause it took her too long to release not beause of the response from 25, its hard to maintain a fanbase for such long break. 25 did it thing and claim a spot in history book, though. Taylor has a strong fanbase and even if TS12 "flop", it will still clear 1m mark

It's not like anything went wrong on 25 or 30. Hell, Easy On Me was a ten week #1 single leading into that album release. You couldn't ask for a more perfect release cycle. It's just not easy to keep the magic going. Edited April 25 by RobynYoBank
Bubble Tea Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Honestly it's a great album, deserved. Aesthetics and sonics are on point. How she pulled this together while on Eras Tour I'll never know. Sis doesn't take it easy. 1
