Why do I get the feeling that this lady previously opened the CD, then re-sealed the CD and packaging just so she can pretend that it was her first reaction seeing it unsigned? :deadbanana:

Were they sold signed?

There was a barcode mistake by UMG with a box of signed items, they are refunding the money of the affected

The fraudulence :rip:

the fact that they probably sold "signed" cds that would never actually happen in order to ship out week 1 in order to inflate the sales.

Talk about being numbers obsessed, this is worse than Bey not disclosing songs were missing from Cowboy Carter physicals as this is ACTIVE lying.

So they will still count these copies as sold first week even though they were only sold because they were expected to have an autograph? That's fraud.

You really think they would want to lose such amount of money only to add, idk, let's say max 10K? when she's doing over 2.3M units first week?

And it's not just the value of the production of CDs, but also the packaging and shipping.

When you are selling over two million copies in the U.S. and around 4 million worldwide in one week, mistakes happen.  Not all of ATRL's favs can relate to the wild logical situation.

Arrest her and put her in jail. She'll have all the time in the world to sign 5 million copies just in time for TS12 - The Tortured Prisoners Department
