They have very different styles and I can appreciate both. Lana's is less on the nose and not as wordy, which personally I tend to enjoy more.

I'd like to vote for both, as their styles and subject matter are rather different. I prefer Taylor's on a subjective basis, but Lana is essentially my second favorite songwriter and has crafted some of the greatest songs ever written.

Considering both Folklore and NFR, their best works, they've balanced the scales, at least for me. I would not be able to pick one or the other

Lana and this isn't some close call like y'all pretend it is. Taylor is one of the best songwriters of today but Lana's in a separate league above Taylor. Even when Lana does have a few dud lyrics, they're always iconic and just add more depth and nuance to her image and lore. When Taylor falls short lyrically, it's cringe and hard to ignore. Just my opinion but it seems quite obvious
