Sawk Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Pitchfork score kinda tanked her, they always weigh so much omg. Sputnik doing the most, as usual, it sucks critics feel like giving 0.5 scores because other critics overrate with 5/5 scores, so they have to compensate

Bimbo Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Do people don't know what to do with Taylor anymore or is it that the 100/100s are obviously ridiculous and the rest are actual non-fearing reviews?

BnPac Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Sputnik always does that. I think scores like Rolling Stones doomed her. Pff... Anyway it's just one album. She'll release another one in less than a year.
Trip Posted April 22 Posted April 22 where is Katy Perry when we need her usually she would take the critics lashings and save the other pop girlies 6
Richie.Valdez Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Word on the street is that King Fantano is applying to submit his score to Metacritic as we speak
storminthedark Posted April 22 Posted April 22 The standard album is tied with Red as her 9th best reviewed album and the anthology is her worst other than debut.
Donquizote Posted April 22 Posted April 22 The fact that midnights doing better than this album. I cant with this slander.
Selfloathingpoet Posted April 22 Posted April 22 TTPD is not the lyrical album they want us to believe it is, more than half of the album gives cringe and if we talk about the production it's flat... some songs are good of course. I don't hate Taylor, in fact she's one of the singers I listen to the most, but this album.... The Swifties justifying the album by saying it's made for the fans made my day. 1 1
DLW Posted April 22 Posted April 22 https://www.metacritic.com/music/the-tortured-poets-department-the-anthology/taylor-swift/critic-reviews OMG it's true

Its literally just like with the MCU. While they both clearly boost the industry in terms of revenue, they completely derive it from quality and creativity. Ok beyonce fan, just get a life.
