wantedyoutogrow Posted April 18 Posted April 18 she recently posted a video of her in the studio and also tagged two of the producers she worked on "eternal sunshine" with one of the producers also commented this under the post: so, what do y'all think is coming? AG8? new remixes? ES (spotless mind deluxe)? 1 1
Twizzy Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Proper ES deluxe with 5 new tracks, Intro extended into a full 3 minute song and pushed as buzz single with music video, and brand new The Boy is Mine remix pushed as third single (video in May) ? 1
ariananext Posted April 18 Posted April 18 I'm not a fan of re-releases and remixes, I wish she focused on milking the standard album instead, which is just perfect as it is. Maybe an acoustic version of ES? 4
Zaynsus Posted April 18 Posted April 18 (edited) The album just came out a month ago, she better keep it until at least September, after she released at least two more singles from the standard version Edited April 18 by Zaynsus
Facelessboy Posted April 18 Posted April 18 She should at the least release (Boy is mine) then later in the year release another album or single. I'm praying this isn't a deluxe. Deluxe are so dated. 2
IBeMe Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Eternal Sunshine: Eclipse That Happened Last Week Edition is coming 11
stjosephprey4us Posted April 18 Posted April 18 She's recording a version of the title track without "hope you feel alright when you're in her" in the lyrics 2
Rev8 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Wasn't it confirmed that it's a deluxe? Thot we will get another single before that tho

MaxMartin Posted April 18 Posted April 18 She should push end of the world (full version), TBIM with a remix , Bye , Eternal sunshine or DWBUA before releasing a deluxe with new songs to push 1

Like you got the standard / original version, it's still there it's not going anywhere, just keep listenting to it while other people can have even more music. 1

I don't want it, Positions' deluxe tracks brought the quality level down, all the standard tracks felt complete and well-produced, the deluxe ones are all short, uninspired and clearly rehashes that weren't good enough to be on the album in the first place. Plus, ES starts with a question and ends with an answer, it makes perfect sense as it is. For me albums aren't just compilations of songs, longer albums tend to have more fillers, so I'd rather have a short album with all good songs than a long one with skips that were released for sales. 1

So just keep listening to the standard version. The people who like deluxe version will listen to the deluxe version.

Positions deluxe tracks were trash, My Everything were good but completely different from the rest of the album sound-wise. Personally I care about the quality of a body of work, I want to experience it from start to finish, and for it to be cohesive and consistent, as I said I don't want a playlist of a bunch of songs. Aribiotch. Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Hoping she takes a page out of SZAs book and make the deluxe a part 2
