I scheduled a Grindr appointment for this Thursday evening, but it just occurred to me that the golden goose might be unthawing then. Oh I hope I don't miss it. I need some live meltdowns.

Some lyrics

If you want to, I can save you
I can take you away from here
So lonely inside, so busy out there
And all you wanted was somebody who cares

jk

a song like goodbye to you, all you wanted, are you happy now sound would be so good

Posted

I hope for some angry songs

The trajectory of her past six albums in terms of quality...

1989 to reputation to Lover was a constant downgrade each time until folklore

folklore to evermore (only ever so slightly, almost on par with folklore) to Midnights

If we follow this pattern, TTPD is going to be one of her best albums

I didn't stream Puta and Loser all the way through, only the songs I like

These are nightmare credits

Oh Jack

I'm pretty sure having the only back-to-back-to-back Grammys POTY winner in HISTORY that it's also a
3x AOTY winner (7x Nominee)
SOTY winner (4x Nominee)

Is not the nightmare you think it is

folklore is my number one favorite album, but TTPD might replace folklore as my favorite album this Friday.

top 5 tracks from folklore:

exile

august

the 1

mad woman

this is me trying

Antonoff haters and dessner pro are so fake at this point. If August or mirror or bigger than the whole Sky were produced by dessner you would Say they are great (mirror ball and August infact aged like top 5 of folklore strongest tracks both for fans and music critics).

Then you had to act like the great war and High infedelity are not made and saved by lyrics or they would be the basic acoustic folkish Song someone can think of (basically identico of what dessner made for that terrible Sheeran album), and antonoff couldn't produce something like that or better than that (if they would antonoff you wouldn't like it of course).

Tbh I'm really curious what this pop up library is meant to convey with us. I imagine there will be a lot of info spread of it on twitter for the larger fan base to engage with. I'm guessing it'll be very Easter eggy

Very low chance for this but - imagine she shows up and turns the event into a surprise "secret session" of sorts. The internet would just breakdown if we got potato quality snippets from people recording in a panic. :chick3:

Folklore is such an almost pervect album without epiphany and Betty.

I remember when folklore came out. I was going though it. And it came just at the perfect timing. It really cured me and spoke to me like no other album has. I still remember the first time I played the 1 listening in to my room and hearing her say "I'm on some new ****”. Ahhh August omg the melt nostalgic song ever. Folklore is my #1 album

1) the 1

2) cardigan

3) exile

4) august

5)illicit affair: invisible string/mad women

Also you Stan Taylor Swift and not prince for a reason. All these talk about antonoff production and productions in general and then "my favorite album Is speak now"

I, I, I persist and resist the temptation to ask you
If one thing had been different
Would everything be different today?

So true, I could do without the 9/10s as they bring the pacing to a screeching halt, but they're cute for full listens.:ryan3:
