Jack coming to serve us bops whew

So glad that he's the main producer on the album :clap3:

I personally don't care about new producers cuz before Aaron we got Joel and we all know how that went…

Fully agree. Taylor and Jack make magic together, plus most of my favorite songs were produced by Jack - he just absolutely gets Taylor. I also love her work with Aaron! I could not care a single bit for a new producer… I guess only if they're able to give us something even greater which I doubt. They understand Taylor at a level that no one else can

How do we know she sold over 200K pre-orders at Target?  Did they report approx figures?

Yes! According to PopBase:

Quote

According to our sources close to Taylor's camp, Taylor Swift's team confirmed that she sold over 200,000 pre-orders at Target. Target itself hasn't released specific figures, but Swift's team provided this information to us directly.

Target sales can be tracked on their website. Based on those numbers, in store demand will be insane.

Wait, do we know official credits???:WAP:

I'm sorry but the Jack hate is CRAZY because it seems to only apply to midnights…:rip: LH, Maroon, YOYOK, and MR are fan favorites done by Jack that couldn't fit on any of her other albums. Labyrinth and Sweet nothing are also done by Jack and sound nothing like her previous work with him. AH became her 2nd biggest hit after Cruel Summer. No one seems to have any problem with his previous work. Also his tracks on folklore/ evermore/ 1989/ and much of lover are adored by the fandom. I understand not wanting a whole album from him, and it looks like we won't be getting that.

I really hope we get an album trailer like with midnights and an instrumental. I reallly wish I hadn't listened to the leak because hearing that instrumental over the trailer and not knowing what song it was for would've been amazing

I didn't even realize it was mastermind until like a week later :rip:

I want MJ Lendermann vibes

my dream would be an album that is sort of like a shoegaze-inspired/slacker rock fusion but mixed with her pop writing prowess (hooks!) and a few dreamy folk/country flourishes

Literally none of it makes any sense. They've been duped into thinking an artist HAS to work different people in order for them to be versatile when as you said, in just one album, he pretty much is that.

People forget Taylor is a confessional, diaristic songwriter, there was no other two collaborators she could've worked with for this record more comfortably than Jack and Aaron. It was obviously a very personal and sensitive creative process.

yeah yeah we're bored of Jack blah blah but he COULD give her a DYKTTATUOB masterpiece, he's capable of great alt pop stuff when he chooses to be a little experimental but i think that's up to Tay
