Klein Posted April 11 Posted April 11 That should teach us something about never never doubting Taylor when it comes to a break-up album I was already extremely hopeful for TTPD, but now my expectations are through the roof and I KNOW I'll be gagged come April 19th. 5

vale9001 Posted April 11 Posted April 11 (edited) i feel the earth move by carole king is 2:57 and home again 2:27. 7-8 songs on tapestry album are around 3 minutes, like Blue by Joni Mitchell. judging the songs are gonna be better because of the lenght I want an album sounds like those two so with no songs feel endless with no reason like last kiss and many others Edited April 11 by vale9001 3

Of course the song length does not automatically determine the quality of the songs. We're just excited because that means one thing for sure: she did not dumbed down her work. 2

What's your point? Everyone is excited because an album full of sub 3:30 songs from Taylor generally signals a pop album made for radio play and streaming loops. CBTD track lengths suggest otherwise. 1
beckyswift Posted April 11 Posted April 11 none of her pop albums have had a song over five minutes before and PTSD has two WHAT does this thing sound like?!?! 2
