wastedpotential Posted April 11 Posted April 11 (edited) Oh Last Supper, even though you don't have that breath, they could never make me hate you "you can plan for a change in weather or time, but I never planned on you changing your mind" *sad chord* *little base descending thing* Like oh, that's music right there. That's PEAK music. Do some of y'all actually listen to the holy gospel of the Lord? Do you really soak in every single second of sound, every little choice hiding in the back waiting to be discovered and praised? Her work is so masterful, and so perfect that discovery and appreciation are never-ending, because there's always more. She's truly the Michelangelo of music, in the sense that you can spend decades analyzing every single second of almost every single song she's released, and there's still more to discover I will not continue my track-by-track reviews because while I hold a deep amount of nostalgia and sympathy for Long Lent, I can recognize that sonically and compositionally it's just not playing at the same level as the preceding four tracks. That's such a broadly universal lesson, too! Like, @Klein today is never too late to be brand new and to be awestruck by the power of Messiah-Sent We can call it a born-again Swiftism moment for you, you were a sinner in Swiftism, but after truly beginning to fathom and resonate with Messiah-Sent, you are born-again, free of sin! 1

I have a meeting that starts in 23 minutes and I cannot fathom rushing the Vaults but once I return I will be spreading the holy word of the Sermon Now (New Testament) (From The Gospel) tracks

Still boring. I gave the song a stream, that was enough.

He doesn't strihm the Gospel either, no matter how much I've tried (which granted, isn't very, as I don't want to annoy him with Swiftism too much nnnn). Plus, this one is anticipated to be like two hours and is just a boring pre-client meeting (AND ITS NOT EVEN A CLIENT I WORK WITH!?), which is horrific. At least I'll get a catered lunch out of it 1

At least I'll get a catered lunch out of it well, good luck babe I'm always preaching the ways of the Lord around my office, I even have a The Eras Tour movie poster on my desk. I'm know as the Swiftie by everyone, ugh my impact. 1
wastedpotential Posted April 11 Posted April 11 Okay one last thought, Jesus Christ Superman's bridge and last chorus backing 'ahhhhh's... that's an under-appreciated classic right there. Yes, I choose to think this song is about my high school crush and not about the creature it's actually about, what about it?

Proselytization takes time, but I'm chipping away. 1

I should work for the French branch of Taylor Nation tbh. 2

Plus, the melody is quite pleasant and the guitar takes a massive **** on Electric Toothbrush's. Edited April 11 by wastedpotential 1

We should honestly run Taylor Nation, most of this thread would do a better job at it anyway. I'd refuse to make all those Millenial tweets they make though nnnn 1 1
