littlebodybigheart Posted February 6 Posted February 6 y’all saying the midnights photoshoot doesn’t match the music is tired. y’all think pop music only has one visual? idk what people wanted out of the photoshoot 10 1
vivi from loona Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I'm manifesting a lead single announcement tomorrow during The Eras I don't think we're having another Messynights era. Lavender Haze was obviously a lead single as the MV hints at a lot of song titles. Something happened back then.

The reality is everyone just see what they want to see. 2

I don't think we'll get a lead single ever again tbh I think she's seen the success the anticipation/not-knowing factor helps with her release week - not that she needs it, but she's definitely aware after folklore, evermore, the taylor's versions, and midnights. 3

GoodThings Posted February 7 Posted February 7 Not sure if this has been discussed already, but was this album actually written before Midnights? Not sure why she said she kept this secret for two years...
lovethismusic Posted February 7 Posted February 7 I’ve honestly been on a break from Taylor for the past 7-8months and I decided to give 1989 and folklore/evermore a spin after the AOTY win and they truly are the best albums of the 2000s and she’s the goat. I’m ready for TTPD. 3

Timeless Posted February 7 Posted February 7 The leaked tracklist also included "The Bolter" as the 17th track...but we all know the 17th bonus track that was revealed is "The Manuscript"... What if each variant has a different bonus track? On her store, this variant is specifically titled "+ Bonus Track "The Manuscript". The folklore ones didn't mention "the lakes bonus track" in the title so it makes me think that the upcoming different variants will have different bonus tracks.

NoOneDiesFromLove Posted February 7 Posted February 7 What are we gonna do for two months and a half when the tracklist is already out?? Deciphering whether AI snippets are real or not?

Vintage synths all over the songs. Subdued production as a reference to the quietness of the night time. The album is overall pretty reflective and I don’t see how photoshoot doesn’t connect. 3

Instead of having fortnight time to finish it, make it four days just in time for album’s release. 1
cat1867 Posted February 7 Posted February 7 I personally think the leaks sound good considering they are basically voice memos/early demos.

I was also confused by this branding because every variation seemed to have the bonus track. I haven't seen a standard physical without it. Does it actually exist? And if that track appears on every version then is it really a bonus track? So maybe you're onto something here
Popboi. Posted February 7 Posted February 7 Midnights photoshoot matched the concept and the lyrics perfectly, also the making of it. It's 13 sleepless nights about moments that haunted her during her career or kept her awake, how else was she supposed to look in the pics other than distressed? 1

Bussea Posted February 7 Posted February 7 the OTH on twitter fuming over the fact she has tortured in the album title “billionaires can’t be tortured artists!” ”how can she claim to be tortured when she refuses to speak on palestine!! they’re being tortured” hating her must be such a miserable existence because the amount of **** you have to make up and reach for in order to hold onto your hatred for her is crazy 1 9
