Swifties saved it and kept bringing it up but I can't find it In retrospect Midnights' smashery truly gagged me like I had rarely been gagged. It would take TTPD to beat 25 to replicate that feeling now

People were melting down because they only liked and/or wanted certain ones and they pre-ordered everything. Nnnn Not you casually inventing the TS12 gimmick and hiding it in a cute spoiler tag like that. Shania Twain did that with her album Up! except she sold it as a two disc package. The RIAA counted every sale twice because of it, scamming her 5M seller to a diamond certification. But you're right. Lord would sell each version seperately to increase revenue. I mean, as a Swifties that really never gave a damn about how successful her releases are because in my opinion she did it all already, 1989 was always going to be this imperial era that just can't be replicated. 99% of artists will never replicate a smashery of that size and then came the Midnights + Eras Tour galactic tour de force. The whole top 10 on the Hot 100. Her (then) best selling album ever after we've given on 1M+ opening weeks. 3

scottstreet Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Well, at this point I think Taylor only posted those lyrics because of the eclipse thing and it's not happening again. Why is she being like that, I hate it here

My life literally changed in that moment. I'd kinda been in the "oh, I hope it does like 120M because that's a nice, reasonable boost from where Red TV and folklore were" camp, and then all of a sudden she took a giant dump on Drake and still had like 4 hours to go I have my meltdowns from that exact moment immortalized in a WhatsApp chat and I go back to look at them often nnnn
