PoisonedIvy Posted April 10 Posted April 10 We only rank when we're trying to accelerate more meltdowns, not because we actually feel like we're saying anything that hasn't already been said a trillion times before 4

HappierJealousy Posted April 10 Posted April 10 oh I'm so excited of the raw chicken I just know people will melt down at each of them, screaming and crying about how bad they are and it will add 50 extra new posts each time I refresh this thread 1

Cruel Summer Posted April 10 Posted April 10 I hope for the salvation of every sinner who doesn't love the Red vault - and by that I mean that I hope the entirety of TTPD sounds like Better Man 1 6
pinkbowvintage Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Okay but imagine if we get something this iconic on TTPD. I would CRY. It's so good I added it to my Lover album. 2

1989poet Posted April 10 Posted April 10 When does an album usually ship out to department stores? A week before?

IBeMe Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Of course Hozier is shaping up to have one of the biggest hit songs of the year right when Taylor is about to release He'll probably knock out whatever she makes the lead single after one or two weeks at #1 He deserves it after having had Take Me To Church be blocked from #1 and because of he's years of quality work etc...but damn I wanted us to have another like 6 to 8 week #1 like Anti-Hero

See, this is yet another example of the Don't You, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow cover, ATW10 type of soundscape that sounds literally perfect with her voice. In know it's probably too close to Midnights for some people - I think the closest things she did from Midnights were Dear Reader and You're Losing Me - but a whole album like that would kind of murder me. It's an interesting way to keep things very simple and let the songwriting take center stage while still being pleasant on the ears. I certainly wouldn't mind if some of TTPD sounds like this. 5

IBeMe Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Album rank for TODAY (can change drastically from day to day): 1. Folklore 2. Speak Now TV 3. Midnights 3. Red TV 4. Evermore 5. Fearless TV 7. 1989 TV 8. Reputation 9. Lover 10. Mixtape * before the TV versions, Red and Fearless were really NOT it for me...but the TVs REALLY elevated both of those albums to an insane degree imo. ** depending on the day, Lover and Reputation can drastically increase in my rankings for whatever reason...on other days they rank a lot lower like today
19SLAYty9 Posted April 10 Posted April 10 (edited) 1. Folklore 2. red 3. midnights 4. 1989 5. Speak now 6. evermore 7. reputation 8. fearless 9. lover 10. debut I suspect TTPD will end up in top 3. # 5- # 9 kind of changes depending on my mood Edited April 10 by 19SLAYty9
scottstreet Posted April 10 Posted April 10 I think anytime starting now, some twink who works at Target or a record store could take a picture of the credits of the album 1 1
