Do y'all think this album will have any interlude? If so, which one? Or do you expect all of them to be full length songs?

I was looking at the tracklist and I thought to myself that loml is the only one written in lower case and it might be an interlude?

I don't think Taylor likes interludes, she's never made a single one. Which, honestly, works for me. Why would I want an unfinished song :dies:

Unless TTPD is Cowboy Carter length, I don't want any interludes. :dies:

And I hope she never does them

I hope there's at least 1 song over 5 minutes on TTPD

Spoiler

I was dreaming about defending Taylor caring about the first week sales of TTPD :rip:

I do love "Question?"...it is one of her weirdest, most confusing songs ever and really sums up the essence of midnights imo

The whole album is a confusing mystery. Like the video I posted a page back, I think TTPD will give us clarity on a lot of our questions about it.

I agree, I don't want interludes too. Unless she did a spoken word interlude :eli:

Time to start a deep dive of her catalogue, I spent the last 50 days not listening to her at all and it has given me a massive yearning for her music

When the chicken is delivered, I'm thinking I may wait until it's officially released to listen. Hopefully there is no chicken this time to avoid temptation

As antsy as I am for this album to come out now, I think we're going to look back on this moment fondly someday. It's just now hitting me what a unique moment this is for any fanbase. This will be our sixth brand new studio album, and tenth including rerecordings, in about six and a half years. She's experiencing literally unprecedented success, serving a pace of output not seen in major mainstream artists since the 60's, and we're getting fed almost constantly.

TTPD might get lost in the middle of it all, honestly, a little like Evermore in the wake of Folklore, but I'm sure it'll be an incredibly important part of the tapestry of her career once we look back.

I also just found out that June 19th, 2026 - the 20th anniversary of her very first single - is a Friday. I feel like that's the day she's building toward for the Eras chapter of her career, so it's nice that we still have time left. This new album, two more rerecordings, and who knows what else on the way there.

I don't know if you guys saw this, but I think this may cause the album to leak early, since record store owners will have to open the packages earlier. Let's hope the "select stores" are really select! :dancehall3:

If I see a chicken running close to me, best believe I'll chop its head off before it's too late. I want the meal to taste completely fresh after 72 days of starving myself, I want to chew the cooked and seasoned flesh in peace and quiet. I will even avoid going to the kitchen if I know there's a half cooked chicken sitting on the table. :suburban:

I think I'll wait too. But I'm confident it won't leak this time around.

We will never know when they actually broke up.  They had to release something since the hounding of him not going to any Eras shows was getting bigger.

I'd say they ended it late 2022.

Which makes his whole staged distressed papwalk and his team trying to smear her via Daily M@ail of all hellholes, right after it was officially announced, even nastier in retrospect. They really wanted to push a "poor baby didn't see this coming at all!".

 :khalyan2:

I tapped on your window on your darkest night
The shape of you was jagged and weak
There was nowhere for me to stay
But I stayed anyway
You fire off missiles 'cause you hate yourself
But do you know you're demolishing me?
And then you squeeze my hand as I'm about to leave

Shoulda left sooner babes. :monkey:

Oh god this album is gonna be SO sad, she has so much to say and get it off her chest. It's already an top 3 staple in her discography and it's not even yet. :deadbanana2:
