I find it funny she made such a big deal about switching from country to pop with 1989 when self titled and Fearless are heavily pop influenced and Speak Now and Red are pop rock

OnlyManInTheWorld Posted April 7 Posted April 7 I've been 100% sober for the last 2 weeks and I just want to let y'all know Lover is her biggest, best and signature album. Time the ultimate truth teller. Who would've thought back in 2019? It's the Lover era over and over again. Other girls could never. 3

No surprises there. The "country" songs on Red for ME! on the top of my head are: Red, Treacherous, All Too Well, I Almost Do, SSS, Sad Beautiful Tragic. 1

An album-cut hitting #1 for WEEKS 4 years after its release The album surging back to Top 10 The breakup giving a new perspective to the album Loverenaissance is certainly too much for some (esp stans of a certain album) to take in 2

Kitboga Posted April 7 Posted April 7 what do youy guys think the spotify debuts and first week bb200 numbers are gonna be? foe me: 1. spotify debut; im guessing at least 230M first day, maybe even as high as 250M-280M. and i bet we'll get the announcement from spotify's offical twitter that she broke her own record hours before the tracking is done 2. track debut numbers. since anti hero debuted at 17M, fortnight or whatever it might be will most definitely get over 20M, maybe even as high as 25M. 3. first week sales: im willing to bet shes got 2m locked. the real question is if she will cross 3M or even the all time record of 3.5M..
Cruel Summer Posted April 7 Posted April 7 I've never liked Don't You, but I think that's more a consequence of its lyrics and the lyrical melodies being - for me personally - very, very weak for Fearless era. The admittedly rather Antonoff'd soundscape itself is actually good - and very similar to ATW10 and that live cover of Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow. I could get very into an album that feels like that.

Higher than 1989 lower than Midnights 2. 18M 2. 1M I'd rather be wrong and get GAGGED.
