I guess it would completely depend on the overall sound of the album. If TTPD high energy, I imagine it would go after Red. That would give people a little boost before the folklore set that is lower energy. If TTPD is low energy, I think going between Speak Now and Red would be amazing. Going into TTPD after Long Live would be a moment.

 

I don't see it being put at the end of the show, because Karma is the most perfect closer possible as its subject matter is the very reason we have this tour to begin with. But you never know, maybe there's something truly anthemic on TTPD that could be a fantastic closer. It could be incredible especially if she reworked the Midnights set, and ending it with YOYOK. Transitioning from YOYOK to TTPD would be honestly a gag. 

 

And I'd say there is 0% chance of TTPD being the first set. The opening has to remain Cruel Summer, it just cannot be anything else.

Obviously TTPD is gonna be her biggest opening ever. The quality tho  idk why people have high hopes for her most "Lover 2.0" seeming album ever, but i'd be very happy to be proven wrong. And it better be Arena Rock

I think Lover and Midnights won't move, so they will remain opening and closing acts.
Fearless -> evermore -> reputation and folklore -> 1989 feels connected and I also can't see TTPD divide them. 
before or after Speak Now is possible, but this is a more nostalgic part of the tour, so I wouldn't really expect TTPD to appear there.

So.. I can expect it after Red, but my main prediction is this:

TTPD set after the 1989 set.
Usually after 1989 people expect something fresh and iconic a.k.a. surprise songs, so bomb them with new set would also feel fresh and iconic, since after 1989 you kinda feel tired and owerwhelmed. And also putting 2 recent album in the end of the show feels right to me. And also, the important thing is that at the end of the 1989 set she sets The Lover house on fire.  That means that all parts of that "house" are left at this point of the show and now we're about to dive into something new (surprises + Midnights and eventually TTPD). I would also love TTPD to appear right after she dives into the stage (after acoustic set), but that would mean that Midnights intro will need to be fully reimagined, which is not easy. And speaking of intros, Acoustic Set is the only set without any transition or intro, so putting TTPD right before it would be the easiest option in terms of visuals. 

Usually right after the 1989 set she quickly put on a dress over the 1989 body and run to sing surprise songs. But If we're expecting TTPD set to be there, I imagine this: 
The stage goes dark, some bracelets are starting to flicker white and then I expect something simmilar to folklore intro (random TTPD song being a spoken word poem) or a Getaway Car intro (a.k.a. Why She Disappeared) from the rep tour.
