"Is Billie dragging Taylor here?" thread is coming

Not sure what her point here is. I get the more sustainable part but she is only talking about releasing variants to make more money (a thing she does too)… :rip:

some users will tell you now that it's soft rock/alt rock but we literally have no idea and it's most likely pop like Midnights

Why would it be?

The albatross cover (B&W) is the best cover btw. It's just so striking. Imagine that **** on the shelve. Instant classic.

This desperate hypocrite :dies:

the girl that releases a vinyl for every single song she releases, and still releasing new variants for a 5 years old album got the audacity to open her mouth about others :toofunny2:

It's not pretentious. It would be great if more artists could start using more sustainable material for their vinyls. It's just a question of being environmentally conscious.

This.

Like what the hell.

And why the need to judge other artists for selling their products. You do you, good for you, but act like youre better than everyone else, oh i dont care about this/that is so annoying.

Honestly I think this will be her magnum opus.

I think so too. Whenever she's not trying to win AOTY she makes her best albums.

She released a paint splashed vinyl

It just seems like a genuine passion project made at the peak of her career when she has NOTHING to prove, like you said, and can fully lean into her creative visions.

She's dragging herself I fear, HTE had like 11 vinyl variants and almost none of them were eco-friendly :suburban:

22 has to mean something at this point. Can't wait to know what that is.

A surprise coming April 22nd maybe? On Monday after the album release?

Honestly, I can already tell Clara Bow is gonna be the perfect ending to the standard tracklist. Just from going reading up on her life and getting a feel of what kinda message Taylor is going to send with this track. I'm not ready. :chick3:

Are we surprised? We just have to hope there's at least one Swiftie with each variant that is smart enough to put the tracks on Youtube immediately.

Honestly 22 is aging like fine wine it's crazy.

And hot take but I think it's the central song of Red (despite being nowhere near my favorite). The album doesn't work sonically or lyrically without the line "we're happy, free, confused and lonely at the same time". Fight me on that.

It was my most played song until 1989 and Wildest Dreams came out, 22 is too special for me, I think if you weren't a Swiftie back then you can't understand the feeling of living in the Red era
