I think Taylor would only ever drop Hack if there is a narrative in the media that he's the main creative mind behind their work or he's responsible for her recent mega rise etc etc.

don’t let the Swiftologist see this post :suburban:

So i decided to do some counting and

Max: 24 songs

Aaron: 43 songs

Jack: 64 songs

Nathan: 66 songs

Songs that made it into the T20 of ATRL's 2023 TS Discog Rate

Max: 4 songs, 17% of their discog

Aaron: 5 songs, 12% of their discog

Jack: 1 song(s), 2% of their discog

Nathan: 9 songs, 14% of their discog

Clean, by Imogen is the 1 missing song, 100% success rate queen, but she worked with a sexist.

U can bring up "But what about X song", but i have MATHEMATICALLY proven, with YOUR OWN VOTES, by over 70 Swifties, most of which are Hack stans, that Hack is her worst producer, & it's not even close.

With TTPD, Jack will surpass Nathan as her most used producer, but will he finally put out the same percentage of hits vs the number of tries he gets?:ryan3:

Taylor attended the Max Martin school of pop smashery for a few years, took away the knowledge he could impart upon her, and quickly applied that newfound knowledge to her mega-successful pop records Lover and Midnights.

I know some of y'all yearn for Max because you weren't fans when they were working together last and you want to experience some of that magic, but there was absolutely the same sentiment of tiredness for his work with Taylor by the time reputation came out.

Send this tea to Taylor, not to us. She needs to finally see that Mr. GLASSES is not the tea!

It’s fine if you like Max and all, but I’m just…confused at what point you’re trying to make here when 100% Jack-produced Midnights is much more successful and critically acclaimed (also an awards darling) than the project you’re referring to…

Calling that project acclaimed is questionable looking at the score it has, although it’s being received fine enough I guess. So, you’re saying she should go back to Max based on the reception of an album he produced that’s far below that of Jack’s Midnights, and even below that of Jack’s Lover? Make it make sense.

:clack:

And TTPD (which will have 50% Jack at least) will be no different

Oh no point, i don't even listen to Ariana

Ariana’s album shows that max can still produce hits. I would be fine if they reunited. But no more than 4 songs on an album.

History has proven that Glasses works well with other producers - Reputation, Folklore, Lavender Haze/Karma etc. So if the album is eclectic like Red we have nothing to worry about

I wonder what Frank and Louis will have done on this album now that she’s the biggest artist ever. I’m hopeful they gave her much better material than lover.

Oh the meltdown when TTPD producers list drop is yet to come

I hope she did work with Catharine Marks. Her work with boygenius was great. Her following Taylor/ taylornation/ Joe and then unfollowing Joe after the breakup is suspicious as well.

I also feel like a lot of Jack stans misunderstand us Hack ''haters''
He HAS produced amazing songs for her and there will probably be something amazing on TTPD produced by him but still we just wish she'd try working with completely new producers. Yes there is a certain risk that it might not sound as good (for example her work with Joel Little.. although lets be honest ME!th is mostly her fault and he was just a Yes Man in that situation) but there's also the chance that she'd drop her magnum opus if she works with a completely new set of people :michael:

Literally every single singer - producer combination gets tired after a while imo

I will continue to pray that they're only here for doing vocals for Post Malone, but if they're actually on several songs then I never said this and I love them and was always anticipating their work

My dream album would be 30% Max + 70% Aaron, basically Red 2.0 but in her mid 30s instead.

I would love Jeff Bhasker to return too, & her to also work with Justin Meldal-Johnsen who did a lot of Paramore's works.

Usually i'd also want Nathan back, just for his arena rock esque atmostpheric productions, but Aaron can mostly do the same thing. Although i'd argue Nathan is better with making the guitars sound more atmostpheric. Maybe she should also workj with Dan Auerbach.

Okay but I’m kinda reeling at ATRL’s sample size of like 100 Swiftie ballots being used as any indication of how much Jack’s productions are liked by fans, not even taking the GP into account. Are we supposed to trust that, or the following facts:

• He’s produced three of her biggest hits of all time: IDWLF, Anti-Hero and Cruel Summer (TTPD lead single incoming too) & several other medium-sized hits which popped off on radio (Karma, Lavender Haze, Is It Over Now?)

• 90% of her viral and beloved album tracks are his productions: August, My Tears Ricochet, Illicit Affairs, Getaway Car, Paper Rings, All Too Well 10MV, Midnight Rain, You’re On Your Own, Kid, etc.

& I’m not even mentioning all her semi-viral album tracks done by him which are loved (CIWYW, Dress, Daylight, Mr Perfectly Fine…)

• Literally everything they release together turns to smash and is also acclaimed

Great! Now list these songs again but filter out the ones that weren't co-produced with other people

Sure!

A whopping 3/18 of the fan favorite Jack Antonoff-produced songs I mentioned have other co-producers

the sample being atrl swifties PLEASE.... who taught you research methodology because how is that tiny biased sample representative of her actual fandom

if you want to know which songs of hers by which producer are actually most popular go check the Spotify streams where for every max martin or nathan chapman produced song has great streams there's 5 jack Antonoff songs with even better streams
