I built a legacy that ATRL can't undo! :eli:

I'll never forget my screams when I made this one and the glitch somehow accidentally happened while in production, giving it that perfect added touch:

Idk why I definitely thought the Midnights thread made it to like 3,000 pages but I guess I was wrong. We did it (surpassed the Mid thread) Swifties. Let's shoot for 3,000 pages with TS12 though!

As much as I love dessner time to ditch him... we have folklore, evermore, midnights 3 am and TTPD anthology... she milked him dry and his songs blend together now. Time to switch it up for TS12 and look for fresh ideas and producers.antonoff only allowed if he makes another cruel summer/ anti hero banger... she kinda got complacent and lazy by working with the same people since covid.

I genuinely hope we'll never see Taylor and Ice Spice together ever again, that "friendship" never made any sense to me :rip:

my tears ricochet is getting a nice boost on Spotify due to the Blake Lively movie and let me tell you that the scene where they use the song is absolutely perfect. It will probably get 1M daily eventually.

August 4 — 517,938

August 5 — 570,772 (+10.2%)
August 6 — 594,638 (+4.2%)
August 7 — 634,775 (+6.8%)

August 9 — 800,342 (+15.4%)

nnn there was a period there where I was intentionally making like 10-15 posts a day just to make sure we got over that threshold

Hi guys — inspired by @Erreur2 La Nature's post about the different TTPD versions — I was wondering if anyone's been keeping up with the bonus tracks that she's been releasing with all of the digital versions. I haven't paid much attention to her voice memos and acoustic releases post lover, but I used to like hearing the thought process in her drafts (and I know the acoustic versions aren't new vocal takes anymore, but with how this album is produced, I feel that some of the acoustics are worth checking out — not like the Lavender Haze acoustic version).

When this run is all said and done I would love to check out an "anthology" of sorts of all of the added bonus tracks that she's releasing to keep moving the album if anyone happens to have one. (If not maybe I'll scrounge YouTube and try to put a playlist together).

Additional tracks so far (thanks again Erreur for doing all of the legwork on consolidating these):

Acoustic:
Guilty As Sin? Acoustic
Down Bad Acoustic
Fortnight Acoustic
Fresh Out The Slammer Acoustic
But Daddy, I Love Him Acoustic

I Can Do it With a Broken Heart Acoustic

Live Versions:
loml (live from Paris)
My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys (live from Paris)
The Alchemy / Treacherous mashup (live from Paris)
How Did It End? (Live from Stockholm)
Guilty As Sin? (Live From Stockholm)
Peter (Live From Stockholm)

Voice Memos:

My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys (First Draft Phone Memo)
Cassandra (First Draft Phone Memo)
The Black Dog (First Draft Phone Memo)
Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me? (First Draft Phone Memo)

Remixes:

Fortnight Blond:ish Remix

Fortnight Cults Remix

It looks like we have 16 additional tracks from the base material so far, anyone know if I'm missing anything?

I'm not sure how you'd classify it but we technically also got the ICDIWABH instrumental, for whatever reason :deadbanana4:

That instrumental and the little moan that happened every ~4 seconds genuinely scarred me for life (but it's still good)

I think it's quirky, kind of like the message in a bottle remix with Fat G or whatever his name is that repeats the final words in a deeper voice. Side question: Where does she find some of these DJ's? Are they popular and I'm just not in the know of the DJ circuit?

There's that random woman's voice at 1:09 that sounds a bit like Nicki Minaj who you can barely hear behind Taylor's vocal in the original version too:deadbanana4:

Plus the fact that there are extra backing spoken bits in the clean version that aren't in the explicit, and all the other random voices and sound effects in the background, it's truly one of her messiest productions ever :deadbanana4:

It works, but I still find some new random noise in the background every few weeks, and it's been out for MONTHS at this point :giraffe:

YES!!! I'm so happy about this, one of the best songs from Folklore. It deserves August level of attention.

Swiftologist has been redeeming himself recently. I'm still not the biggest fan of him but he really cut through a LOT of the anti-TTPD propaganda those last few months.

THIS. She needs to ditch them both, asap. We need new producers for TS12. Spice it up a bit. :ryan3:

And TS13 better be full self-produced, i would be down for it.

I always appreciated his videos. I think the way he expresses his opinion is very smart. He comes off as arrogant at times, but I love the way he presents his information.

I still hold a grudge from some of his earlier comments but yeah this and a few of his other recent videos have been sharp and correct
