Taylor Swift - 'THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT'

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

When Guilty as Sin? Is released as the second single tonight and the mv is her writhing around in bed sensually touching herself :jonnycat:

Her getting a hit about masturbation will send a lot of baguettes over the edge.

Please, I've been on my knees, change the Prophecy, don't want I can do it with a broken heart, just Guilty as Sin? as the next single, let it once be the correct single choice, who do I have to speak to, about if they can redo, the Prophecy

Spoiler

Love I can do it with a broken heart but it's too similar to midnights. Guilty is the album seller, and it can be her submission for SOTY

Wait

This is a sign she's releasing the 90s soft rock sounding Guilty as Hymm? As the next single.

She's not as showy with her alliteration as fresh out the stanner, but she's gorgeous in her own right

Drowning in the Blue Nile
He sent me 'Downtown Lights'
I hadn't heard it in a while
My boredom's bone-deep

What if he's written 'mine' on my upper thigh
Only in my mind?

I keep these longings locked
In lowercase inside a vaul

There are some bops on it, but this release hasn't grown on me more :suburban:

Hope she does something more abrasive for next album

Side B has some of my top songs from the album (Chloe, HDIE, IHIH(!!!), SHS), but Side A is my favorite. It's much stronger as a whole imo while Side B is a little less consistent. Side A is also more focused on the message of the album (the chaos surrounding her relationships/Taylormania) than side B which is more all over the place with songs that don't fit the overall message (TYA, Cassandra, Robin).

Production-wise, I also think Jack did some of his finest work with Taylor on this. Songs like FOTS, GAS and WAOLOM are just excellent.

ALL of this, took the words right outta my keyboard

Ok Page 2000 and no Black Dog praise yet.

Please respect TTPD's best song thank you all

Oh! 2000 pages! The album is opening with 2M confirmed!

idsb is her least acoustic friendly song. she better do a full production of idsb and revive Karyn from her grave

When she confirms that TTPD is a visual album and she'll be premiering 15 music videos one at a time :WAP:

Tbh I don't want her to announce repTV so early like this. This album still has A LOT of potential and she better milk tf out of it

As much as I love GAS, it will not smash during summer and it should follow ICDIWABH by Sept/Oct instead
