the album tracks fell off of the AC and HAC charts, but down bad debuted on Pop at 47, edging out Broken Heart at 48.

 

hopefully they don't splinter off fortnight's popularity too much during its run.

Taylor is kinda one of the more progressive popgirls even in terms of her intimate life lol. I dont think many other cisgendered straight women are comfortable dating an openly fluid person. Matty has publicly said he kisses men and finds men attractive (apparently he said he doesn't go past make out sessions with other men so no penetrative sex I guess? but still kinda interesting that she was into a man like that when so many popgirls and women in general are only into heteronormative men and would be completely turned off by a man who was even slightly fluid. Also she had a trans man be her love interest in Lavender Haze MV and she didnt make a big deal of it. It's her subtilty that intrigues me in this regard. She just seems kinda really progressive by just treating things like that as being normal / not making big deals of them.

Researched it, and the only streaming era album with two #1s that weren't dropped before the album is...1989.

 

So she has a tall order ahead of her for Broken Heart or Down Bad or whatever. A remix could help I suppose; not sure I want a remix though especially when the lead is already a Collab.

The Black Dog confuses me. Lyrics all point to Ratty, but then the bar owner says Joe is the regular  I'll take the lyrics as truth.

 

The Starting Line (obvious & verifiable)
