Are we surprised on SEA Swifties?

They only use her bops, like Blank Space, Cruel Summer and that same midtempo romantic ballad, like Lover, Perfect :skull:

No one even stood during folklore set in my section

At least Philippines has every right to unstan. Imagine leaving the real Taylor Nation only with Taylor Sheesh shows.

Anyways this album Is made to cementified her success in Europe. Not a case coming just before the european tour and the first single with post Malone etc...

You're gonna see how this is gonna be bigger than Midnights in continental Europe.

TTPD original is definitely better than The Anthology which sounds like recycled Mad Woman over and over again :deadbanana2:

Fear he will be dumped after he's done producing Cold As You (Taylor's Version)

and THIS is my main problem with the album that I feel absolutely no one is talking about. the only engagement I see on this topic is fans blaming other fans, without really talking about the actual issue.

the criticisms raised against that man were extremely valid, and it was lowkey concerning that she associated herself with him.

so the tone in some of the songs and lowkey blaming fans for no longer being with him is not the tea. it's giving yes, and?

don't get me wrong, I love the album but yeah  I was disappointed with her response

all of this based on speculation? based of who the people on the internet think a song might be about or not? why are some people so obsessed with trying so hard to prove who she's writing about, honestly i couldn't care less, that's her business, i just listen to the music

Maybe I can finally get into The Anthology. I'm already fathoming the sonic similarity between imgonnagetyouback and Dress :jonnycat:

It's too hot in the SEA region right now. You wouldn't really want to listen to a dark and emotional album unless you're a stan

Btw, any idea what's happening with SEA? Seems like in this era they're not as on board as they were during Midnights era.

SEA listeners care far more about melodies than anything else, which aren't the focus for this album.

It's actually nice and not as hot as Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia at this time of year. Saigon was hot too.

yep, can confirm. if one is a casual listener, they'll find this album extremely boring.

i guess language is a barrier too.

And yeah, Filipinos love nostalgia, ballad, romantic songs. My friends often say they love the "old" Taylor a.k.a. country Pre-Red era Taylor. U get me

Posted

when Taylor talks about "jet streams" in a melody identical to Liability
