Her mind! This is exactly where I am. If TTPD chronicles her early 2023 relationships, whatever is happening at 2am is going to chronicle 2022 and the parts of 2021 she didn't want to put on Midnights (before she knew things were truly over, and thus before she could speak freely about Joe). It's only fair after the massive bait and switch she's pulled for her to go 'ah, but I'm not going to leave y'all hanging without any Joe draggings'

I have seen a few lyrics but most of them I have no idea what songs they are from so it'll be a surprise! Tomorrow me and my fiancé are going to Target and they're going to buy me one copy. For whatever one I choose, I won't listen to that bonus track until I have the lyric booklet in hand.

cat1867 Posted April 19 Posted April 19 Please read the prologue. The songs describing a failed deep romance are are about Joe. So tracks 3-5 and loml. Track 1 is also mostly about Joe. It's about her tears that her obsession over him will never end. Track 2 is about both him and Matty . And then 6-11 are about her coping with the breakup in an unhealthy manner.

I was trying to get at something like this yesterday, but my brain was fried (still is nnn) and all I could say was "it's about Joe but she wrote it from the future" like a dumbass.
