Talking about being stale with a Gaga avi :skull:

Your fave has released the same type of song ever since her debut. No artistic growth whatsoever :rip:

Girl even you know this isn't true :rip:

OT: Florida sounds like a Dance Fever demo, the song didn't convince me that this collab was necessary.

Fresh out the slammer was a snooze. Skipped about halfway through. Somebody take that reverb preset away from Jack.

Florida!!! is interesting. The production switch up on FLORIDA is fun. It would have been nice to hear the song keep that energy for the last chorus or something.

Guilty As Sin is another snooze I fear. The production is decent, but it sounds like she's not sure herself where the melody is going. A lot of these sound like she came up with the corny titles first and then tried to write the lyrics around them?

Who's Afraid...? is a huge step up. The first minute is the best part of the song before the production devolves into same-same mush.

I don't remember what I Can Fix Him sounded like.

loml another snooze

I Can Do It With A Broken Heart is the most interesting track so far (13 tracks in lol), I could do without the Mastermind verses but the chorus is giving me Eurythmics vibes. It's refreshing to hear some of her personality on the album at last.

Smallest Man: zzz

Three tracks to go. I can do this.

Alchemy's another skip.

So is Clara.

This isn't my album, clearly. A literal nightmare.

The people who don't like this album are missing out, that's really all I have to say about that. More for me though

I've said since day one that this album would sound like Midnights with the lyricism of Folkmore. I blame that "insider" who came on here and lied  for getting my hopes up about a soft rock album. I fully expect TS12 to be another synth pop album since this is clearly the genre of music that Taylor prefers :toofunny3:

I know I did not see someone say most of these songs could fit on folklore? :ahh:

Do yall hear yourselves sometimes? I could name MAYBE 2 songs that would fit on folklore from this album, the rest would stick out like a sore thumb.

On Today's hits in 🇹🇷 AM (not that anybody care about them) but only number 10 while Dua lipa and her biggest flop of her career still number 1. Yuck.

There's a great album in here but the heirloom turkey's fat needs trimming.

Why are so many of you guys just blatantly disregarding that a lot of us are trying to tell yall there ARE soft rock elements to this album. A LOT actually :rip:

And yes, it's Fortnight. Pretend you're surprise 😂

Which lets me know the soft rock album is coming, the same way Red set us up for 1989 :jonny2:

I'm so glad my ears work properly and I am able to distinguish between different sounds, and not constantly compare new work to old work.

To the part which sounds exactly like another one of her songs which I can't pinpoint right now? Yup.

We really got that double album in the end :jonny6:ugh her mind

I remember how I couldn't breathe when we got the 3am edition. It feels so "regular" now to just get an album 😢😢😩

Ok, the stand out tracks for me, after listening to the album 3 times, are:

So Long London, Florida!!!, Guilty as Sin, Who's Afraid, I Can Fix Him, The Smallest Man and Clara Bow.

The album is 9/10.

The reason isn't a 10, it's because of the first 4 tracks. They sound like left overs from 1989's vault tracks, which I hate.

I'm not arguing with one single soul. The album is great and if you don't think that you don't know music

This is why y'all can't have nice things

So... it reminds you of another song, but you can't name what song that is? And because of that, you've decided it's a snooze?
