Kasix Posted February 12 Posted February 12 (edited) After KC & TS won the Super Bowl last night, I went to bed with a big smile on my face thinking how amazing a year shes off to, and how she will, as crazy as it sounds, guaranteed to top her 2023 self. but then I woke up with this nightmare today that TTPD will be full of songs like Glitch / Labyrinth / Mastermind, where the songs are completely melodyless and just sounds like she’s trying to read out as many words as possible, even more lifeless than a National Geographic narration this could be the case because she could be focusing too much on lyrics and writing smack about Joe and that beats and melodies wasn’t paid much attention…welp it could be that or this could be her most imaginative project yet in her quest to torch Jobless. Maroon legacy Posted February 12 Posted February 12 This tracklist is actually so good, I've been thinking about a lot of fantastic ways every track can sound like, but I fear that we CANNOT get a 16 tracks album without a skip(s) and various mid songs, so... I definately need to lower my expectations.

Then we would celebrate since those songs are nothing of the sort, especially not Labyrinth. It’s not even remotely wordy and I can’t imagine anyone with working ears calling those songs melodyless. Whether they’re your cup of tea or not (which is valid either way) But also, TTPD is not going to be a Midnights 2.0, it’s time to let the hurt go 4
