With the Jack Harlow song losing steam, CS might actually have a shot at winning the YE #1 single, which is an extremely hard thing to do. (Not even Rihanna has one iirc) and all she has to do now is just release a proper collab/remix for extra sales and streams, while buying more radio powe-ups!

Every album release she’s done last year boosted CS. CS will be fine and will get boosted from Super Bowl, eras tour, album release(s), summer, and year end countdowns, this will be at 3B in no time. We won’t have to worry. If anything it may start to grow on radio again if IION starts to crash on radio.

Her store disabled tracking shortly after release, so all we really know is that she sold 100k very quickly (in like an hour I think?) and everything after that is a mystery. And I think that 100k might have been just the vinyl? We also know that there are allegedly 1m vinyl ready for the US alone.

The 100K figure was from vinyls only. CDs couldn't be tracked unfortunately. Speaking of CDs, what are they waiting to restock the Collector's Edition

and again, YE #1 single is so hard to get that even biggest hitters like Rihanna and madonna doesn’t have one. It’d be so nice for her to go from ME! charting 4 weeks in total in 2019 to winning the biggest singles award..

Which just goes to show how useless getting a YE #1 single is in the long run, especially compared to building a vast and remembered and beloved catalogue.
