It would make sense if Disney+ got the documentary as well.

I'm not gonna hype myself too much. It's probably about the concert movie and will show an exclusive clip of one of the 4 new performances or something. :giraffe:

It's not a documentary though, it's a concert film and has always been marketed and labeled as such. Also the trailer for the movie has been out for months. Maybe it is promo for the streaming release but very odd way to phrase it. "first look" implies exclusivity too.

It also wouldn't make sense for it to be an actual Eras Tour docu because the tour isn't even half way done. :deadbanana2:

Yeah, it’s technically not a documentary but I think them lumping it under that terminology is pretty likely. As for the exclusivity part, I would assume it’ll just include cardigan scenes or something :snowball:

Here to be proven wrong though as I’m always here for new content, especially behind the scenes stuff. But a long documentary detailing the rerecordings process and tour in 2025 would make a lot more sense.

Disney owns ABC so it would make sense for them to promote the streaming release as it's getting close. It's probably just that, maybe a trailer that teases the new surprise songs etc

Now jokes aside, oomf sent me this, he said it's from atrl insider but I haven't seen it anywhere (and I know for sure, it's not a joke on his part)

The album has jazz influences such as the song “False God”, with the lyrical skill of “folklore” and “evermore”.

• The aesthetics and name of the album DO NOT match the sound.

• Taylor's record company loved the album, but they asked her to change the name to something shorter.

• The album will NOT be entirely dedicated to Joe Alwyn.

• The project is described in one word as “hot”: how Taylor was feeling recharged after the relationship.

• The album has 1-2 songs that are “very hot” and that could be used in a s*x scene in a movie/series, like “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever”.

• Album themes: fear of losing fame and power, depression, drinking alone, emotional dependence.

We can't tell if it's legit, but I would actually really love to hear from her songs about her reflexion and internal crisis, not only about how she was f*cked up by a blonde bore.

The "source" for this is a random TikTok claiming it came from a Republic insider and of course those Brazilian pop culture update accounts already spread it  people need to learn not to trust everything they see on the internet

I think we're getting a documentary with the concert film. It just makes sense.

What if the double release is the Concert + Documentary? :ryan3:

But in all honesty, a documentary is everything I want from her right now. I need to know how she’s feeling, how she prepared for this enormous tour, the behind the scenes of the re-recordings possibly :WAP:

All in all, I just love to hear her talk :lakitu:

But wouldn't it make sense for that to occur after the tour is done? Unless you mean the US leg only? That would still be weird. I mean I'd be here for a documentary of any sorts but I just don't think it's it.

IF what happened yesterday/today (depending on your timezone lol) with the livestream and everything was just a miscommunication between her and her team i do expect her to address it at tonight's show, if she stays quit and not even a variant gets announced it's just gonna feed the suspicion

Woke up and checked if there was an announcement on the Singapore show, but oh well she forgot :deadbanana2:

hopefully she doesn't repeat the same mistake tonight

Posted

Imagine if she announces the next variant tonight a.k.a. Singapore night 2 only to add more fuel to the 2s/double theory :ahh:

Posted

I feel like Taylor is announcing something tonight during Singapore night 2 concert since it's march 3.

Y'all I'm excited but nervous for this...I hope it's the best of all her pop music and she self-edited the flop mid tracks this time. :deadbanana2:The problem is I don't think anyone ever tells Taylor "no" or "eh idk sis"

I'm REALLY hoping this is Midnights on crack with a Red vibe
