Little Mix can't produce a solo star, why?

And how were the chart runs after the first week?? 
 

Ot: they waited too long. Should've been done in between eras while they were huge in the uk. I only saw it for jade and she's taking longer than expected the other ones.

I think Jade and Perrie have potential and Leigh needs to switch up her sound a bit

Jade is proving to be a real musician, experimenting and expanding her sound and singing abilities. She's incredible and it would be sad to see her flopping like the others as she has the most potential (and she actually cares about her music) out of all of them.
