It depends. What If he's a top or a verse top with a huge ding-dong?:gayriahcat2:

Is this another way of "tell me you are a bottom without telling me you are a bottom"?

It just depends on the extent of how much they stan. There are more important things to consider when weighing the reasons to or not to date someone. I still say, though, it beats someone stanning sports and a particular team—especially one that's always losing. :priceless:

It depends on how obsessed they are and if they turn their stanning into misogyny/discrimination/r*cism as some ATRLers do :biblionny:

It's your choice at the end of the day, but I think it's a bit immature and yes, also perpetuating gender roles.

as long as they aren't a huge barb, it's fine with me

As a trans woman, this is not an issues. No men in a passsable, femenine, fully stealth trans' dating pool is ever going to be a pop Star stan. Actually, even before I transitioned I was only able to attract bisexual men at best. None of then cared about pop stars and One in particular used to bully me For stanning them lol (tho he did listened to them).

I honestly don't think it should matter, it should really come down to whether you connect with them and like them. But it's your choice at the end of the day

Ot shows you expect maturity and someone stable.

A real life stan cannot provide any of that.

You have my respect.

Depends the level of obsession. If that's all he talks about that's a turn off, but I find dudes that are open to music no matter the genre artist, etc. attractive.

My man is a Brazilian Beyonce stan but honestly I never would even know. He doesn't really talk to me about it and it's taking me to the tour when she announces it.  Lol he had an outfit made for renaissance tour and is already commissioning his new tour look. Lmao I find it endearing honestly

i was always fond of my ex's who were thoughtful about production and theatrics. there aren't pop girls i hate just those i dont listen too, so if there was a guy who was able to introduce me to music he felt passionate about, i dont think its a deal breaker
