While it's his body and he can do with it as he wishes, I can see why people would question his judgement. It might as well have been a photo of him slamming and doing meth. While it's not "severe," nor is it considered a true "mental illness," continuing to engage in coprophilia to such an extent that is harms you and your life is a compulsion that absolutely needs to be addressed before it gets any worse. Because at this point, the person is willfully doing something that can have grave consequences for their well-being.
