The chair reportedly missed a police officer by three feet. Can you imagine the alternate universe where it hit and killed a police officer?

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I highly doubt he will serve all that time but because it could have easily killed a police officer it wouldn't surprise me if they push for as much as possible. Sadly, he will probably buy his way out of having to serve any real time.
