Not only that, but this "beef" has way lower stakes than those. Unlike with Drake, there's no real animosity between Kendrick and Cole; it's purely competition.

 

From the way he's taking this "bigger man" approach, you'd think it was a years-long beef veering into violence. But nah, it's just a feature verse where Kendrick says "I'm the best. Prove me wrong." and Cole went ahead and proved him right.

This is very embarrassing lol, Cole has spent years saying he ready to take a rappers head off and he's the best and when Kendrick gives him smoke he tucks tail in the worst way possible: dropping a mediocre diss track, walking it back then saying he's bowing out.

 

Let's hope Drake's ego is still humongous, because that's who Kendrick doesn't like. We keep getting robbed of a Kendrick diss track.
