She also previewed it last month at the Brits, but there's been no sign of an official release yet Edited April 7 by abelfenty 2

Dante Silva Posted April 7 Posted April 7 She must have an exceptional management team behind her because the way she secured so many Brit Awards (without the backing of a major label) and now this successful SNL appearance, suggests someone on her team has a lot more power and influence than a typical indie artist. 1 8 1

Comedor Posted April 7 Posted April 7 As a basic gay I miss her EDM days, I wish she would return to the ESS sound. With that said, her live performances are great, can't wait to see her live next month.

Talent, hard work and persistence translates into chart success and critical acclaim, as well as accolades. 4 3

Dante Silva Posted April 7 Posted April 7 There's a lot of talented artists out there who never get recognised. We know the music industry is political and prestigious awards/ high profile TV slots don't simply just land in someone's lap through talent alone and when they do, it's traditionally when a major label is fighting their artist's corner. None of which we can assume with Raye since she's an independent. I'm not questioning her talent in any way, I'm merely attempting to identify who is co-ordinating this stuff behind the scenes. 1
