I'm aware that Shakira is the breadwinner of her family, but you are reading too much of what I commented and now going out of line. Btw she's the one who said women and men NEED each other because they complement each other (those are literally traditional values, since I went into a catholic school before and this is what they preach to their students)

 

Let's see, you're in here posting about another comment she made about a movie when this thread is about something she said about a bible character, you are insisting you know her beliefs when she's a highly intelligent woman who most likely doesn't think the way you claim, and you keep insisting she has strong conservative "traditional values" when she's basically denouncing an entire religion, she was the man of her house and wasn't even married to the guy who's 10 years younger.

That's why I quoted you. 

 

Shakira herself said those things in her interview, which is published to a public platform, so we are allowed to comment/criticize it, as long as we are not blatantly being hateful. Unless, you see me calling her "traditional values" as hateful, which is confusing to me because I mostly have traditional values as well so I wouldn't use that as an insult. It's more of a description of her values, really.

 

Anyway, the point is we are allowed to judge, discuss and put our input on it as long as it's done in a controlled manner. Why did you think this thread was created for, so we could just stare and nod at it?
