They had all the momentum after Ungodly Hour only for Halle to be cast in one of Disney's biggest flops and get pregnant by a weirdo, and for Chloe to delivering a floundering solo music career. Halle then got knocked up and released a couple solo songs. Too many missteps and unsteady musical identity has caused the masses to check out on Chloe bc BB being her best song in ages doing worse than FYS with a mv and Coachella performance is wild. She thought she was bigger than she actually was which is why she pushed so hard for an album and disregarded her fans during the TM era.
