Even one count of sex trafficking carries a 10 - 15 years in prison. And the judge can't sentence any lower than that. The feds and DHS are on his ass and is building a strong case against him with empirical evidence for a conviction. Something will come out of this and that is criminal charges. He's not stepping away from this with a slap on the wrist.
