This is why I get confused as to why the Hive gets so worried with streams. Regardless it's a masterpiece and is about to be her biggest opening in 7 years lol. She literally just GARNERED the BIGGEST Female Spotify debut (other than Taylor) and cleareddddd! With only her SECOND streaming era album. Y'all don't see how f*cking iconic that is!? And it's already the most acclaimed female album of the year, and might stay that way! Like the longevity is insanneee!!!

That's the point, it is a completely charts and sales section. You have to love charts to come to this part of the forum. So necessarily there will be a lot of talk about charts and numbers. That's the whole point

Renaissance dropped 58% between day 1 and day 6.

Meanwhile Cowboy carter dropped only 55%

 

It is a bit more stable than Renaissance!

With Shakira, I think people are referring to her youtube numbers, not spotify.

Beyonce now has the 8th most monthly listeners (76.8m). She's still increasing and will soon reach #6 (only 700k gap between her and #6). Her peak during Renaissance was about 20 million lower.

Reminds me of the way some folks were talking **** last year about Renny having the same daily streams as emails I can't send and I was just, where is the critical thinking, she's competing a woman who wasn't even born yet when her first #1 hit (Bills Bills Bills).

daily streams, both were doing around 3m daily then emails started to get more after feather became a hit

Beyonce stable at #2 on Global Artists Chart today. Yesterday she did 44.7m streams and Weeknd (#3) did 43m. So it should be a good hold and another 30m+ update.

Her Sunday and Wednesday numbers suck for some reason, with Thursday, Friday, and Saturday being her best days on streaming.  Hopefully she stays around where she was yesterday
