cuteboyzay Posted April 4 Posted April 4 (edited) This is why I get confused as to why the Hive gets so worried with streams. Regardless it's a masterpiece and is about to be her biggest opening in 7 years lol. She literally just GARNERED the BIGGEST Female Spotify debut (other than Taylor) and cleareddddd! With only her SECOND streaming era album. Y'all don't see how f*cking iconic that is!? And it's already the most acclaimed female album of the year, and might stay that way! Like the longevity is insanneee!!! Edited April 4 by cuteboyzay 1 1

Mate, you clearly don't get the point. You're welcome to talk about anything you want, until it becomes an obsession. 1 1

Kool_Aid_King Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Day 6 - 21.5M (Based on 10 songs). Potentially 32-34M Total.

Still doing much better than Reneigh, hopefully there's a tour or visuals (or both) coming to boost the album. We need the announcement soon to go along with the 2nd single push.

That's the point, it is a completely charts and sales section. You have to love charts to come to this part of the forum. So necessarily there will be a lot of talk about charts and numbers. That's the whole point 1

family.guy123 Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Shouldn't you know where to find those numbers. Being in the chart section and all and clearly being very invested in the stability of pop albums 3
PopFan1996 Posted April 4 Posted April 4 (edited) Renaissance dropped 58% between day 1 and day 6. Meanwhile Cowboy carter dropped only 55% It is a bit more stable than Renaissance! Edited April 4 by PopFan1996 2

But when it comes to Bey people try to mental gymnastics to try make her look less successful. Y'all try to group her with Gaga and Katy as peers while agreeing Justin Timberlake is Britney's peer despite debuting the exact same time as Beyonce. So many people have been calling Beyonce streaming poison and saying Pink outlasted her, Shakira is a bigger streaming giant, Gaga is bigger etc. - but when you look at the stats she's the 6th most streamed female ever by lead credits (excluding DC) and 7th most streamed female artist by total credits (excluding DC). Gaga, Katy, Pink and Shakira etc. are not even top 10. There's clear double standards when it comes to Bey, even when she succeeds y'all find a new way to bring her down. With Shakira, I think people are referring to her youtube numbers, not spotify.
SoundsandSongs Posted April 5 Posted April 5 CC is truly doing wonders for her spotify monthly listeners Beyonce now has the 8th most monthly listeners (76.8m). She's still increasing and will soon reach #6 (only 700k gap between her and #6). Her peak during Renaissance was about 20 million lower.

Reminds me of the way some folks were talking **** last year about Renny having the same daily streams as emails I can't send and I was just, where is the critical thinking, she's competing a woman who wasn't even born yet when her first #1 hit (Bills Bills Bills).

Girl that never made any sense. Reneigh (excluding remixes etc.) has 1.1 billion more spotify streams than emails I cant send. Where even is the comparison.

SoundsandSongs Posted April 5 Posted April 5 (edited) Beyonce stable at #2 on Global Artists Chart today. Yesterday she did 44.7m streams and Weeknd (#3) did 43m. So it should be a good hold and another 30m+ update. Edited April 5 by SoundsandSongs
