And this is a good time to remind everyone that even the allegations against Diddy are (for now) just that - allegations that have not been proven in a court of law. No criminal conduct has been alleged by authorities yet (though obviously the feds raiding isn't a good sign).

I don't believe anything is publicly confirmed as of yet, but reporters like Marc Lamont Hill have explained that a fed arrest of this nature/degree is usually only carried out after months if not years, of building an irrefutable case. They handcuffed his children. He believes they were mostly after electronics or devices that would contain comms. 
 

I theorise there was evidence or a device with stored evidence/blackmail that was moved on the jet, possibly his hope for leverage - but that isn't substantiated.
