Any surface bacteria is killed when you cook it. mercurialworld Posted March 24 Author Share Posted March 24 Oh btw I made miso soup last night and it literally took 10-15 min, so easy and good you just add dashi powder to some boiling water, mix until it dissolves, bring the heat down and add some mushrooms, and then mix in the miso paste through a strainer, and add tofu and some green onion and you're done 🤤 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
