Exactly, they hate to see her win. Now that the album has a release date, they've started to call her boring and dull. Like they couldn't make it any more obvious :rip:

?

who you talkin about bro

I like it. Just feel like it's a weak choice for a lead single. Video better be a serve otherwise I'm just bored

Listening to it fully didn't really change my opinion :rip: The harmonies are nice but everything else is meh

I don't think you've ever given Normani any credit :toofunny3:

No but forreal tho

hope it wasn't me cause I don't even care that much about normaknee but I've always been rooting for ha based on her "performer" aura, and I see a big popstar kinda success for her for at least the lead single. Save this boring rnb for the album.

This is the song she chose as the lead single to her album after 5+ years of yall waiting

Be forreal, this was supposed to be a masterpiece. Not a 3rd/4th single worthy song.:toofunny2:

No, it was more aimed at certain trolls on this site who continue to pick a part  her every decision and pray to the heavens she flops. They couldn't be any more transparent, running in here with their takes that no one asked for, even though they're the same ones who have been claiming she's done/over

She sounds so good

This song is produced almost as perfectly as Wild Side (and 1:59 had a clear Aaliyah homage). My only complaint really is the auto tune and Gunna. Gunna adds nothing much, it's just there. Normani could have snatched that open verse if she wanted or threw Weeknd on it for charting purposes. :bird:

It's very cute, sounds like a FLO song, a fine direction for her. But I wish there was more to it, Mabel surprisingly released a much finer rnb bop today

Love Mabel and music is subjective...

But "1:59" is a lot more interesting of an R&B track than "vitamins", pls

This is boring. But the production is good, I'll give her that.

It's fine. Wish she went with something more poppy for a lead single though, this is more like a solid album track.

At least for her three fans she is finally releasing music again!
