Still SBIT:The Definitive Collection was nowhere near as bad a compilation album as The Best of KM from 2012 how do you celebrate 25 years in music with a single disc compilation that didnt even include the current single Timebomb I found the Expanded Edition reissue to be quite wack cause again a lot of singles were snubbed in favour of a half cooked, and i use this word loosely, megamix that didnt go anywhere. In any case, I always found it strange how Voodoo was announced as a Japanese bonus track originally but got axed at the last minute. At least the final version leaked a couple of years ago and while it's not a career defining song it woulve bumped the albums bop value up a tiny bit

AdrianNicki Posted March 14 Posted March 14 I like the album but after hearing all those songs that were scrapped and leaked from this album I just can't help but wonder how the hell Beautiful made the cut. I don't really like Sexy Love, Into the Blue and If Only but the rest of the album is quite enjoyable. Bonus tracks are just divine. Sleeping with the Enemy and Sparks are top tier and Mr. President is super fun. 1
elvenOCEAN Posted March 14 Posted March 14 The only good song on that album was tacked on it as a bonus. "Sleeping With the Enemy" remains one of her best songs...well, ever. 1
prézli Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Les Sex, Million Miles, Sexercise are in the Top 20 of her discography, but ATRL is not ready for this discussion.
NI-CK Posted March 14 Posted March 14 This album deserves an expanded edition. Give us a "Kiss Me More" or at least add the bonus tracks to streaming. Like Tension, some of the best songs were shelved. Still a great album if you skip Beautiful. 1
trainsskyscrapers Posted March 14 Posted March 14 I remember being a Billboard kid at the time (who checked Chart Beat every Tuesday and could tell you the top 10 any week) and they previewed "Skirt" on the site. That was an impressive song to me. 1 1
SlowGinFizzzz Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Honestly a great album, it's still in my top three Kylie albums. This has to be the first time since the Kiss Me Once Tour that Kylie references or even acknowledges that era?
SweetTalker Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Not a Kylie stan but more of a casual fan, so I don’t know the story about the making of the album. But it literally felt and sounded like a collection of songs from 2010-2013. Dated on arrival, aged like milk. Cute visuals I guess. But other than that, I don’t know why some Kylie stans and fans defend it
BraveNewSeth Posted March 14 Posted March 14 (edited) Definitely not as bad as people make it out to be. I’ve seen people call it her Britney Jean and I’m like… huh? 💀 The real hidden jewel from that album is If Only. I just rediscovered that song a few weeks ago and it’s been taking me OUT lately The only bad song on the album is Beautiful with Enrique. Her vocals… so many amazing outtakes from this album I don’t understand how that song made it on the final track list. Edited March 14 by BraveNewSeth
LikeaRebel Posted March 14 Posted March 14 I honestly love this album. Sleeping with the Enemy is one of my absolute favorite Kylie songs. 1

She performed it at every opportunity she could. I think it fitted well with the more 'mature' sound she was going for with album and she's never really had a proper hit ballad. Honestly had Enrique and Kylie's people agreed on the details for a single release it almost certainly would been a hit in UK and Australia. Enrique was something of a roll at the time and the song would have been eaten up by commericial radio in those countries. Edited March 14 by CLNC
Maroonx Posted March 14 Posted March 14 This album had such a tragic rollout... I've actually forgotten about it
G.U.Y. Gaga Posted March 15 Posted March 15 that put some things in perspective for me cause I can't believe that was 10 years ago
G.U.Y. Gaga Posted March 15 Posted March 15 I like it but it does sound like a random collection of songs (good ones at least )
Gladiator Posted March 15 Posted March 15 (edited) Such an underrated album within her discography. I'm not sure the criticism people have for this record sounding like just a collection of songs. You can say that about most albums in the world. The same can be said for Tension even. Edited March 15 by Gladiator
xluvxduffxmusicx Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Loved it! I Was Gonna Cancel was a horrible single choice though.
