I was there last night as I knew she was going to be there and I'm so happy Madonna bring her to the stage, this is better than every possible outcome we could think of    they both looked SO happy, I'm so happy for Kylie cuz we know how much of a Madonna fan she is absolutely beautiful.

They’ve met at least twice before; once at the 2013 MET Gala, and I believe Kylie has mentioned meeting Madonna backstage at one of her shows (might have been during The Reinvention Tour, as Kylie was spotted in the audience during that tour).
