To release a whole song and film a video with no immediate radio release is kinda wild. It's not that un radio friendly

What has she lost though? She is still getting hits and her last record had 2 of em?

What ball has she truly dropped at almost every opportunity? For me it was when she chose not to release She Loves Control and Should've Said It as singles because she wanted to for some reason push the singer songwriter angle. Her not being able to release Party Animal with Daddy Yankee, Eyes On You with Charlie Puth, Girls Can Tell with Megan Thee Stallion, her scrapped collabs with DJ Snake, Calvin Harris, Zedd, The Chainsmokers, Major Lazer, Jack U also hindered her majorly from becoming one of the biggest pop girls ever.

Well bam bam was a cute hit, it was nowhere near the same success as her past releases and her album sales did decline a bit. Reguardless, she can gain it all back if she plans everything right

The way we could say that at least the ATRL single thread is a hit but it's just inflated by Bentley meltdowns

Is it getting played on radio at all?

I really don't understand the meltdowns, because we've been discussing this for a while now. It's a drastic musical change direction from her. We all agreed that radio won't support this.

We should just be happy that this is finally out and that she's releasing an album. Of couse, I would love a global smash hit for her but that it's not something I'm expecting from this era.

She's not on a big label just for them not to send a song to radio. It doesn't work like that

Probably because they are testing the waters with this one.

Second single might be the lead one.

All this for a song they aren't gonna send to radio? Mmkay

There couldn't have been a worse timing to release this, why it was not released early in the month (back when hype peaked too) is beyond me :suburban:
