I think it varies a bit from person to person. Some people mentally enter the winter of their life long before they reach retirement age, while others maintain a fresh mindset for much longer.

35, that’s when the body declines, women are not recommended to give birth to higher chances of defects, men’s testosterone drops, etc.

Humans actually start aging/declining at 25

But the senior term I think it applies after the middle age

In this day and age, 65 for sure. Basically in my mind, when most people retire is when you're a senior

Hmm. For me:

Age 0-2: Baby

Age 3-5: Toddler

Age 6-12: Kid

Age 13-19: Teen

Age 20-29: Young Adult

Age 30-49: Adult

Age 50-59: Late adult

Age 60-above: Senior

I'd say 70. I work with a fair number of people over 60 and they're not giving weak and frail in the way I'd picture someone "senior"

65, maybe 60 or 55 in some contexts

when you're in your 40s and you're still crying anout Opps on Twitter, you should be sent directly to a retirement home
