Jump Posted February 25 Posted February 25 I’m surprised Born This Way missed number 1. I always assumed it was one of those songs which hit number 1 in every major market around the world. 1

The whole release schedule was messy but the #3 debut was impressive despite only being out for 2 days 4
PrudenceHCharmed Posted February 25 Posted February 25 To make it worse, none of her album after Born This Way managed to spend 52 weeks on album chart. 1 3 3
DonnaSpring Posted February 25 Posted February 25 what's this obsession with solo hits? Rain on me and Shallow were both number 1s 1

Tovitov Posted February 25 Posted February 25 The dumb solo metric again. If the new Beyonce song ends up half as big as Rain on Me was in the UK, it'll be considered a big success so lets focus on that. 1

Rain On Me ~ 1.5M units With the way it’s going right no with Texas, that shouldn’t be a problem at all. Double Platinum might happen this year alone. 1 1

Rain on Me smashed in the UK - was huge on streaming and radio, was the 17th biggest song of 2020 yet took a year and a half to get certified double platnium there. Edited February 25 by Tovitov

We wish Gaga was desperately chasing collabs. Little monsters wish she was desperately chasing anything music related 1

Gov Hooka Posted February 26 Posted February 26 I feel like if stupid love didn’t leak it would’ve been number one (and tumbled off the charts faster than you can say Ferrari because it’s a **** song). her fault for not releasing Alice, free woman, or replay for the lead single

(Current decade btw, not the 2000s anymore) You’re scrambling atp 1 3
Dula Peep Posted February 26 Posted February 26 The fact that Gaga hasn’t barely collabed with anyone who isn’t a geriatric jazz singer… like ever. having a collaboration on a song you wrote on your album ≠ jumping on a remix for a young artists song that’s already blown up/popular… 2 2
