I’m so excited!

I loved Scaled And Icy and think that “Formidable” and “Redecorate” are two of the best songs they’ve put out yet.

I remember my TOP Phase:siptea:

but I haven’t listened to a single song of theirs since 2019😭

idk what happened, the last era came and went and I lowkey forgot they existed

Hopefully a quality come back cause whatever their last stuff was......

yeah, Scaled and whatever was too light for their standards of sound and lyrics, I believe? so maybe this one is a return to form. who wants happy music from top in 2024

Really hope this is better than Scaled and Icy. That era had some of the biggest fan cope I’ve ever seen. People were genuinely saying that it was purposefully a bad album to tie into the propaganda storyline. :deadbanana:

I have been a stan since Vessel... I mean, their music LITERALLY saved my life at one point (Linkin Park 2.0 for me), and this was WELL before Stressed Out and the mainstream break with Blurryface. Scaled & Icy... actually IS part of the propaganda storyline, its linked to the mental health DEMA ****. ANYWAY, Tyler said its back to form - this album is meant to be Blurryface + TRENCH combined, sonically dark and a return to their roots. Although I hated Scaled & Icy, it has some highs (Redecorate, No Chances, The Outside, Never Take are the only 10/10 songs on the album, the rest he could have kept). I'm ******* hyped. That snippet is giving HeavyDirtySoul 2.0.

Cancer isn't even their song :rip:

OT: hopefully this time the music is better than whatever the hell that last album was

I need another Vessel from them. They peaked (quality wise) with that album.

Thanks captain obvious for your 2 cents. They remade it to their own. So technically it is theirs cause they put their twist to it.

Oh, just last month I had a "tb day" listening their music. :jonnycat: I love them. Blurryface and Trench are one of my favorite albums OAT.

Some people didn't like Scaled and Icy bc it's "too bland" and generic but the way they're using it to fit in the lore like "ugh, it wasn't us, it was Patricia." lmaoo

Cool. They're last sucked outside of Redecorate, Mulberry and Bounce Man. We'll see how many worthwhile ones we can get this time

They lack consistency.

I was OBSESSED with them during the Trench era
